1. Right to Withdraw from the Contract
The Buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must send a withdrawal notice before the 14‑day period expires to:

2. Conditions for Returning Goods
To return the goods, the following conditions must be met:
- the goods must not be used beyond what is necessary to determine their nature and characteristics,
- the goods must be complete, clean, and hygienically safe,
- it is recommended (but not required) to return the goods in their original packaging to reduce the risk of damage during transport.
The Buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
3. Return Procedure
- The Buyer sends a withdrawal notice to eshop@mariacavallo.com.
- The Buyer sends the goods back to the address provided by the Seller in the reply.
- After receiving the goods, the Seller inspects their condition.
- The refund will be issued to the Buyer using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Return Shipping Costs
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods (shipping costs).
The Seller does not accept parcels sent via cash-on-delivery.
5. Refund Timeframe
The Seller will refund all payments to the Buyer without undue delay, no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice.
The refund may be withheld until the returned goods are delivered to the Seller or until the Buyer provides proof of having sent the goods back.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer cannot withdraw from the contract in the following cases:
- the goods were made or customized according to the Buyer’s specific requirements,
- the goods were clearly used (installation or attempted installation took place) or damaged,
- the goods cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (if they were unsealed and came into contact with the skin in a way that prevents further resale).
